Classic Rock Magazine has announced what they promise will be "the best new rock festival in the world" - and they're backing it up by listing Emerson, Lake and Palmer and ZZ Top as headline acts.

It could be ELP's last-ever show together - they're reuniting especially for the High Voltage festival, and may never play together again. And it's the first time in 25 years ZZ Top have headlined a UK festival.

High Voltage will take place on July 24 and 25, 2010, at Victoria Park in London. And the tickets are fully customisable to offer buyers their perfect package, including transport, accommodation and VIP bar access.

Classic Rock's Editor-in-chief Scott Rowley says: "It's the festival true rock fans have been waiting for - custom-built by fans for fans.

"First there's the music: two amazing headliners and three unique stages which will cater for different sides of the rock audience.

"Then there's the festival itself. The facilities will be second to none: great food, proper beer, clean toilets, deluxe hospitality packages, designated hotels, free shuttle transport.

"This is somewhere you can take the whole family."

Ticket-buyers will be able to design their own festival package. Briefs are on sale now at £120 for the weekend and £65 for days. Early bird prices run until the end of December. Starting next year, holders will be able to buy a series of upgrades which complete the entire weekend's itinerary.

Meanwhile, Pearl Jam have been announced as headline act at Hard Rock Calling on Friday, June 25. It's the first night of three, which this year was fronted up by Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young and, em, the Killers.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 11. More details will be announced in the coming months.
